Here's the pudding that Katie and I made AGAIN today. We decided we're going to have a chocolate pudding experiment until we come up with a recipe of our own that's dark & rich enough. Any tips?
Trenna makes an awesome "choco pot" but it isn't quite pudding. It is like a lil' bit of heaven. It has hot lava (rich dark chocolate) melted in the middle. Let me know if you want the recipe. Linda

You might want to try a Pots de creme recipe. It's between a pudding & a custard. Super creamy & rich. I have a good recipe, I'll send it to you.
